These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 77i7 platform, including the website at https://77i7.org and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and support channels operated under the 77i7 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 77i7. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and use 77i7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a business or corporate entity; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law; (d) you are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77i7 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

77i7 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify that they are aged 21 or above, 77i7 will suspend or close the relevant account and may withhold any associated balance pending investigation. Players found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings or balances forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming on 77i7, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number registered in your own name, a password, and acceptance of these Terms. 77i7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. 77i7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees independently of 77i7.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 77i7 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal is processed, 77i7 may require satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Where KYC documents have not been submitted or have not been verified, 77i7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Withdrawal times may be extended where additional verification is required, during periods of high transaction volume, or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review. 77i7 will communicate any delay to the player via their registered contact details.

77i7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as displayed on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters covered by those specific terms, and these general Terms take precedence for all other matters.

Bonuses credited to your account must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of the resulting balance is permitted. Where 77i7 closes an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a Terms breach or fraud investigation, balances may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77i7 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, even if 77i7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or personal losses.

77i7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 77i7's reasonable control. 77i7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability promptly following any unplanned outage. Players are advised not to place bets during periods of announced maintenance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 77i7 Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
